Sounds intriguingly obvious he likes you BUT does that matter to you? You sound pretty close are you willing to put that in jeopardy, do you even like him or do you really just like knowing he likes you? If you REALLY like him slowly move into flirting with him. As you talk to him slowly move your eyes down to his chest then back to his eyes (he'll figure out your checking him out and it will give you all the answers to how he feels about you.) Be flirty but don't make things awkward, it should come easily to you if it was meant to be and if it doesn 't feel right just ease back into being friends.
