How do i fix a sims 3 glitch?

i invited a guest over to spend the night, and she was relaxing in a bed. All of a sudden she sits up and yells and shoo's things away. it has been going on for a couple days and i have tried a lot of different things like making more space for her to move... and moving doors around. Please Help!! :(
