Can an insect survive ejection from a moving car at highway speeds?

Let's pick a mosquito, but really, any insect will do. They're buzzing around in your car, driving you nuts as you cruise down the highway (say 100kph/60mph). You roll down your window and shoo them out. Now, the question is: upon exiting the vehicle, do they survive? Or is the sudden deceleration too much?
