Please Help! What will happen...?

My dog does stupid stuff like that all the time. So far, she hasn't gotten sick. But then again, she takes monthly medicine for a lot of stuff, so I'm not sure. My dog once took an old chicken drumstick that was crawling with flies, but i didn't sweat it. Nothing happened. One question- did your dog eat the bird, or just put it in his mouth?
